Terms of Service

By registering an institution, educator profile, or student account with RMI Schools, you agree to the following terms governing the acceptable use of our educational ecosystem.

1. Academic Integrity

Students and educators must use the platform responsibly. Attempting to artificially manipulate test scores, bypass exam timers, or falsify institutional analytics violates our core values. Schools reserve the right to suspend any student accounts caught violating academic honesty rules on the platform.

2. Intellectual Property & The Master Library

The RMI Schools Master Resource Library relies on shared knowledge. By uploading content (such as mock exams or study guides) to the Global Public library, educators grant RMI Schools the right to distribute that material to students on the platform. However, users are strictly prohibited from downloading platform materials and reselling them externally.

3. Account Responsibilities & Billing

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Billing cycles (monthly, term, or annual) automatically apply based on your initial selection. Feature access will be restricted if invoice payments are not settled within the designated grace period.

4. Institutional Authority

For accounts linked to a registered School, the designated Principal or Owner Admin retains ultimate authority over the staff and student roster. RMI Schools complies with all official instructions from verified school administrators regarding account suspensions, data wipes, or roster changes.
